From time to time, I have those rare days of searching videos on youtube. I usually prefer listening to music from my CDs, or through spotify, but to find something new youtube is the best place.
Once, I was searching for videos of Bono & this is how I met Zane Carney.
First, I saw his brother - Reeve, who was playing on broadway in Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark musical written by Bono & The Edge from U2. Then there was a family band called Carney. But Zane's solo music is something much more interesting.
Zane is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He can be known for his work with John Mayer, as his tur guitarist.
Confluence is his first album, where we not only can listen to music written by Zane, but we are also able to hear his voice. Second album Amalgam is only instrumental. Pure eargasm for my ears.
